Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tennis lessons and services provided by Pawel Tarasewicz (Tennis By Pawel), based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

By booking a lesson through this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings

• Lessons must be scheduled in advance via the contact form, email, or phone.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from me.

2. Payment

• Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
• Full payment is due on the day of the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may be charged in full.
• Lessons canceled by the coach (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen events) will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

4. Weather Conditions

• Outdoor lessons are subject to weather. In case of bad weather, I will contact you to reschedule.
• If you do not receive a cancellation notice, please assume the lesson is going ahead.

5. Safety & Liability

• You are responsible for informing the coach of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before the lesson.
• Participation is at your own risk. The coach is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the lesson, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Personal Data

• Your personal data will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website.
